Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ensure effective execution of the preventive and predictive maintenance program.
- Monitor completion of planned maintenance activities and take corrective action when required.
- Prioritize maintenance activities according to equipment criticality and production requirements.
- Lead the response to equipment breakdowns and major technical failures.
- Ensure rapid troubleshooting and restoration of equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Conduct or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and repetitive failures.
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities for production lines, utilities, conveyors, pumps, compressors, motors, filling/packing equipment, and other factory assets.
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities covering production machinery, control panels, electrical systems, sensors, motors, drives, and related equipment.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company HSE, food safety, and maintenance procedures.
